WHO PAYS FOR PRIVATE DUTY CARE?

Private Duty means private pay. No government funding is used for the cost of care. The most common methods for covering the cost of care is through Long Term Care Insurance benefits, out of pocket, or other types of savings arrangements.

WHO DELIVERS THE CARE?

Care is provided by certified Home Health Aides or a select group of Private Duty Care Attendants, who have undergone specialized training and cleared a background check through the NM Department of Health Screening Program. To help maximize your peace-of-mind, you will have the opportunity to interview any caregiver that we refer and participate in the selection process of the one you feel most comfortable with.

After our caregiver has been placed in your home, we continue our contacts through supervisory home visits. Most important, we continually communicate with the caregiver who is providing care to you.
